Faculty of Economics and Finance

The Faculty of Economics and Finance was established in March 2020 at the merger of two faculties: the Faculty of Banking and the Faculty of Economics.
The main areas of activity of the Faculty of Economics and Finance are: training specialists with higher education and highly qualified scientists, implementation of scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activities in order to develop the economic sector in the country.
Much attention is paid to bringing the educational process closer to production, improving the quality of training future specialists in the field of banking, economics and management, marketing, tourism and hospitality. Further fruitful work of the faculty staff continues, taking into account the requirements for specialties not only today, but tomorrow.
The faculty annually holds an international scientific and practical conference "Sustainable development of the economy: state, problems, prospects".

Micro -, macro -, international and national economics; computer information technologies; mathematical economics; Financial mathematics; econometrics and economic and mathematical methods and models, statistics; money, credit, banks; finance and the financial market; organization of banks 'activities; accounting and analysis; accounting and reporting in banks, risk management in banks, analysis of banks' activities and others are the main disciplines in which specialists will be trained in the specialty «Economics» of the Specialization «Financial and Banking Economics».

Classes in these disciplines are held in modern classrooms, educational research laboratories with the use of the latest equipment and the use of advanced technologies for training specialists in the field of economics and management.

Professional field of economist-analyst.
 Graduates can pursue economic, organizational, managerial, accounting, analytical and research activities mainly in the Central and commercial banks, non-Bank financial institutions, enterprises of different legal forms in various industries, research institutes, public institutions and local authorities.

Possible posts: economist-analyst, bank specialist, labor economist, contract economist, logistics economist, planning economist, sales economist, investment specialist, business analyst, marketing, finance and accounting specialist, auditor, heads of departments of enterprises and companies.

All nonresident students are provided with comfortable dormitory in the center of the city for the entire period of study.
A unique sports complex with an Olympic pool, an ice arena, a universal gum, a football stadium, Training and Medical Center, cozy cafes and canteens are at the disposal of students.
